Andrea Scott headshot

Andrea has been painting since the early age of 4, and art has remained an important part of her life ever since. Starting out with finger paint and crayons, she now loves working in acrylic, oil, soft pastels and any other medium she can get her hands on.

While Andrea may have started out with traditional media, her first venture into the world of digital art came at the age of 13 with MS Paint. Andrea now works primarily in Photoshop, Clip Studio Paint and Illustrator to create illustrations, comics, and graphics.

Andrea most recently exhibited her work at Steam Whistle Brewery’s Heroines: Female Figures in Pop Culture show in March 2018, and will show in the upcoming Canada 151 exhibit at Yellow House Gallery starting in the end of June. Andrea’s published works include a 6 page story in the Toronto Comics Anthology: Osgoode as Gold, contributions to Ryerson’s Fora magazine, and the illustrator for The ABCs of an Awesome Me.

Andrea is a graduate from OCAD’s Drawing and Painting program, and also has a diploma in Concept Art for Video Games and Animation.
